Cancellation Guarantee

We build long-lasting relationships and strive to provide excellent service every day. If you’re not completely satisfied with Apogee’s property management services for breach of performance, you have the right to terminate your services agreement with Apogees without any penalties.

Tenant Retention Guarantee

If the tenant in your property does not complete the first 12 months or breaks their lease agreement, Apogee will replace the tenant that breaks their lease within their first year without listing fee. This does not apply to regular move-outs at the end of a lease, lease renewals, termination of lease with military orders, early termination when tenant pays all applicable early termination fees included in the lease, and leases terminated early by owner.

Eviction Protection Guarantee

Apogee Properties works hard to ensure we are providing the best and most reliable tenants possible! We are confident in our tenant screening process that if a tenant we approved and placed needs to be evicted for non-payment of rent, our attorney will handle the eviction for free and we will pay any filing fees, server fees – up to $1,200.00.

Cost Control Guarantee

At Apogee Properties, we value open communication and transparency with our clients especially when it comes to costs and repairs. We understand that maintenance and repairs are inevitable so we ensure that our clients know and have the approval of all expensive and unexpected expenses at their property. Rest assured that we do not earn profit off our vendors as we chose them purely off their experience and competitiveness.
