What can you do within the residential portal?
Within the residential portal, you can request for maintenance service, view your account, lease ledger, email/print your statements, lease documents, make your payment or set up auto pay.
How do you get access to the Residential Portal?
Once you execute the contract and give us your email address. You will receive a welcome letter to sign up to your online portal.
Contact the office 713-339-1119 if you do not receive the welcome letter within 24hrs after your move in date.
What if you forgot the access, how can you get access back?
Please Contact office 713-339-1119 if you want to have the link to reset your password.
How do you change, or reset your password?
Login to the portal. Then go to
→ My Account
→ Security
→ Input current password and new password
→ Hit confirm
How do you report a maintenance issue?
Login to the residential portal and go to
→ Request Maintenance
→ Input your info including the pictures and a brief description about your issues
Does it cost you money to use the Residential Portal?
The portal does not cost you any money to use. It is part of the additional benefits of working with Apogee Properties.
